End-of-Day (EOD) Pricing Request Form

I hereby confirm that:
a. The pricing information (“Information”) is used solely by the traders set forth in the Pricing Request Form (“Traders”) in connection with the Company’s trading relationship with Ginga Global Markets Pte. Ltd. (“Ginga”).
b. We will not sell, lease, furnish, redistribute, retransmit, or otherwise permit or provide access to the Information to any other person (incl. middle or back office staff) or entity , nor create any derivatives thereof whether by manipulation, modification, supplementation, enhancement or combining with other information.
